These Terms
These Terms apply to orders placed through our website.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Where any provision conflicts with rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, your statutory rights will prevail.
Our products
We sell food products and related goods, including sauces, marinades, seasonings, spices and drinks.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, quantities and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
However:
- product packaging may occasionally differ from images shown online;
- colours may appear differently depending on your device;
- minor variations may occur between product batches;
- packaging or labelling may change; and
- product availability may change without notice.
Images are provided for illustrative purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Ingredients, allergens and dietary information
It is important that you read ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions and product labels before consuming a product.
Where we identify products as gluten-free, vegan-friendly or suitable for a particular dietary preference, such descriptions are based on the relevant product formulation, certification or information available to us.
You are responsible for checking whether a product is appropriate for your individual dietary requirements.
If you have a serious allergy, intolerance, coeliac disease or other dietary concern, please contact us before ordering if you require additional information.
Product ingredients and manufacturing information may change, so you should always check the packaging received before consumption.
Creating an account
You may be able to place orders either as a guest or through a customer account.
If you create an account, you must:
- provide accurate information;
- keep your login information confidential;
- not allow another person to misuse your account; and
- notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Placing an order
When placing an order, you will be asked to provide information needed to process your purchase.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products.
An automated acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, for example through an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
Refusing or cancelling an order
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;
- delivery cannot be made to the address supplied;
- the order breaches these Terms; or
- we are legally prohibited from completing the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled products.
Prices
Prices displayed on the website will be shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
The price payable is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order.
We may delay dispatch until payment has been successfully authorised.
Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that product.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:
- contact you to offer an appropriate alternative where suitable;
- remove the unavailable item and refund it; or
- cancel the affected order and provide a refund.
Delivery
We will deliver to the address you provide during checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are complete and accurate.
Estimated delivery dates or times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If an order is delayed, please contact us at contact@nahdees.co.uk .
Risk and ownership
Risk in the products normally passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to take possession of them.
Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment for the products.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel a qualifying distance contract without giving a reason.
For many goods, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods and then return the goods within the applicable return period.
Cancellation rights are subject to statutory exceptions.
Food, perishable and sealed products
Because NAHDEE'S sells food products, some products may not qualify for the normal cancellation right.
Depending on the particular product and circumstances, cancellation rights may not apply to:
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- products made to your specifications or clearly personalised; or
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
These exceptions do not affect your rights where products are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fail to comply with consumer law.
How to cancel an eligible order
Where a cancellation right applies, notify us at:
Please provide:
- your name;
- order number;
- the products being cancelled; and
- sufficient information for us to identify your order.
Returns following cancellation
Where you validly cancel an eligible order and the goods have already been delivered, you must return them within the applicable statutory period.
You must take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.
Unless we agree otherwise or the goods are faulty, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where the law permits this.
Refunds following cancellation
Where you are legally entitled to cancel, we will provide the required refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
A refund may be delayed where legally permitted until we receive returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Your statutory rights apply where goods are:
- faulty;
- damaged;
- unsafe;
- not as described;
- not of satisfactory quality; or
- not fit for their intended purpose.
If there is a problem with an order, contact:
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information showing the issue.
Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible.
If packaging or products appear damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us promptly so that we can investigate.
Prompt notification can help us resolve delivery problems more quickly, but nothing in this section removes your statutory rights.
Storage and use
You must follow all storage, preparation, refrigeration, handling, use-by, best-before and consumption instructions supplied with a product.
We are not responsible for deterioration or damage caused after delivery by:
- incorrect storage;
- failure to follow product instructions;
- improper handling;
- exposure to inappropriate temperatures; or
- use contrary to product labelling.
Product safety
Do not consume a product if:
- its packaging has been materially compromised;
- you reasonably suspect contamination;
- it has passed an applicable use-by date;
- storage requirements have not been followed; or
- you believe consumption may create a health risk.
Contact us if you have concerns regarding a product supplied by NAHDEE'S.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- codes may have expiry dates;
- codes may apply only to selected products;
- minimum spending requirements may apply;
- codes may not be combined with other promotions; and
- we may withdraw promotions where appropriate, subject to accepted orders.

Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing excludes or restricts liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control where the law permits.
This may include:
- severe weather;

- governmental restrictions.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You should read the Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applying to an order will normally be the version in force when that order is placed.
Updated Terms will be published on our website.
If part of these Terms is invalid
If any provision is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
